Cookie Policy
Last updated: May 11, 2026
This Cookie Policy explains how PositiveBacklink uses cookies and similar technologies to recognize you when you visit our website.
What Are Cookies?
Cookies are small text files stored on your device when you visit a website. They help the site remember information about your visit, such as preferences and login state.
Cookies We Use
Essential Cookies (Always On)
These cookies are necessary for the service to function and cannot be disabled:
- sb-access-token — Supabase authentication session (expires when you sign out)
- sb-refresh-token — Refreshes your session securely
- cf_clearance — Cloudflare bot protection (set by our CDN)
Functional Cookies
These enhance functionality but are not strictly required:
- pb_pref — Stores UI preferences such as dashboard layout and filters
- pb_recent — Tracks recently viewed exchanges for quick access
Analytics Cookies
Used to understand how visitors interact with the site:
- _pb_session — First-party anonymized session identifier (no cross-site tracking)
No third-party trackers. We do not use Google Analytics, Facebook Pixel, or any third-party advertising cookies. All analytics are first-party and anonymized.
How to Control Cookies
You can control cookies through your browser settings:
- Chrome: Settings → Privacy and security → Cookies and other site data
- Firefox: Settings → Privacy & Security → Cookies and Site Data
- Safari: Preferences → Privacy → Manage Website Data
- Edge: Settings → Cookies and site permissions
Note: disabling essential cookies will prevent you from signing in or using the dashboard.
Do Not Track
Because we do not use cross-site tracking cookies, the browser "Do Not Track" signal has no additional effect on PositiveBacklink. We respect your privacy by default.
Changes to This Policy
If we add new cookies or change how existing ones are used, we will update this page and the "Last updated" date at the top.
