2. Service Description

PositiveBacklink is a white-hat backlink exchange platform that matches website owners for mutually beneficial link placements. Core features include:

• ABC Triangular link matching to reduce footprint
• Niche relevance scoring
• AI Watchdog monitoring (12-hour scan cycles)
• Credit-based exchange ledger

3. Account Responsibilities

You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials
• All activity that occurs under your account
• Providing accurate information about sites you connect
• Ensuring you own or have authority over the domains you submit

4. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to:

• Submit sites with adult content, gambling, illegal substances, or content that violates Google Webmaster Guidelines
• Use PBN, spam sites, or sites with manual penalties
• Manipulate the credit system through fake exchanges or bots
• Remove or hide placed backlinks before the agreed term ends
• Reverse-engineer, scrape, or abuse the API beyond rate limits
• Resell or sublicense access to your account

5. Credits and Billing

Credits represent exchange units within the platform. Free credits are granted at signup. Paid credits do not expire but are non-refundable except where required by law. Subscription plans renew automatically until cancelled.

6. Watchdog Monitoring

The AI Watchdog scans your placed backlinks every 12 hours. If a partner removes your link, you are notified and credit may be restored per our matching policy. You agree to keep agreed backlinks live for the duration specified per exchange.

7. Termination

You may delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, with or without notice. Unused paid credits at termination due to user violation are not refundable.

8. Disclaimers and Liability

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee specific SEO outcomes, ranking improvements, or that backlinks will be indexed by search engines. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be communicated via email or in-product notice.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by applicable law in our operating jurisdiction. Disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration or in competent courts where permitted.
